TXU Energy is always looking for ways to improve its customer experience and has launched a new mobile site along with a smart phone app. The company is always trying to stay up with the times.
Debunking the TXU Energy Scam
If consumers are worried about a so called “TXU Energy Scam” rest assured that TXU’s name is trustworthy.
There is an article around talking about a scam but if you read it here you can see that the person claiming TXU was charging them for a meter issue you will see that TXU does not own the meter and could not charge the resident for it.
