MX Energy Scam

The so called MX Energy Scam had me puzzled for a long time. I read about all the electric company scams that are in the states but this one did not make strike me as a scam.

The weird thing about the MXEnergy Scam was the fact a former employee was calling the company out for misleading things. How does MX Energy allow a former employee to do this with out some kind of legal action against the claims.

I have not seen all the facts about what this former employee is claiming but all variable rate plans can go up after the first month. I have seen many other companies called a scam because of its variable rate plans.

So in conclusion MX Energy Scam is not a scam.
